Next time we should use 0.31 instead of 0.3, to add tolerance space.
There were some traces of ground connections that are not used that overloaded the path calculation.

The VCC link bypasses the Teensy? It should connect to the 3.3V pin between pin 12 and 24 of the teensy and also to the standard 3.3V pin at the top.
Cannot use the DAC pins (A21,A22) as digital!
Teensy was a bit too much close to the edge? Maybe can center it a bit more?
