| ====== Modulor / Vreeberg ======
| |||
| The only TPE film I could find in Europe.
| |||
| | ||
| |||
| Product link. | ||
| |||
| It is a **SEBS** film made by Dutch company Vreeberg.
| |||
| |||
| ===== Sealing ===== | ||
| Able to seal using PFS-300 impulse heat sealer.
| Current configuration:
| |||
| * **TIME**: 6 | ||
| * **PRESSURE**: Snap hit and keep pressure with my forearm, not whole body.
| |||
| ===== Gluing ===== | ||
| |||
| Have tried many glues of all types. including a silicone sealant and Loctite 401 recommended on Henkel's design guide. It could glue to a PU (polyurethane tube, recommended type by Vreeerg), but the glue always disintegrated part of the film which made it weaker eventually under high pressure.
| |||
| Best solution I found so far is **Zip-Ties**.
