The arms should attach to the body.
At a resting state they should reach forward and be able to bend upwards.
Each hand should contain 3 (or 2?) pressure sensors for interaction that should feel like shaking/squeezing the hand.
Possibly best implementation would be a fiber reinforced bending actuator with an arm like encapsulation.The Axolotl can once again be a good inspiration.
